At Windham Mountain Outfitters, we strive to provide excellent customer service and flexible solutions. Please review our refund policy below:
Rental Cancellations

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental or failure to show up are not eligible for a refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of severe weather that prevents safe riding or skiing, we may offer a rain check at our discretion.
Early Returns
No Partial Refunds: Equipment returned early (before the end of your rental period) is not eligible for a partial refund.
Equipment Issues

If your rental equipment is defective or causes issues, please return it immediately. We’ll do our best to replace it or offer a refund/credit depending on the situation.
Retail Purchases

All retail item sales (including gear, accessories, and apparel) are final unless the item is defective. If you have a concern, please speak with a staff member.
