What We Offer
Adult Rentals (Age 11 and up)
Equipment Damage Waiver can be added for $2/day/person.
Note: Picking up after 3pm and returning the next day before 5pm will be counted as only 1 day.
ALL rentals are due back by 5pm.If equipment is not returned on time, you will be charged for another day’s rental.
Tune-Up & Repair Services
All repair work is completed by skilled technicians to ensure maximum performance and safety on the slopes.
What to Bring / FAQs

Do I need to reserve a bike in advance?While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend reserving online in advance to ensure availability—especially on weekends.

Are helmets included?Yes, helmets are included with every rental.

What if it rains?We operate rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a credit.

Can kids rent bikes?Yes! We offer rentals for adults and children, but riders under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a waiver.

Do you provide trail maps?Yes, printed trail maps are available on-site, and we also link to digital versions on our site.

Can I pick up my rental early or return it late?Rentals are for 4 hours or 24 hours. Please return bikes on time to avoid extra charges.

Do you rent e-bikes?Yes! We offer two high-quality e-bikes for rent. They’re perfect for cruising around Windham with less effort and more fun. Helmets are included with all rentals. Call us for current pricing and availability.
